A novel take on a classic style, this cream ale utilizes significant corn and wheat in addition to pale 2-row malt. Light straw in colour and presented bright, it is unusually and heavily dry hopped with Mosaic. Hop forward (juicy/fruity/grapefruit) but not bitter. Easy to approach. Excellent with the company of others.

Complements spicy nachos, Sichuan, burgers and salads. Also a great session beer on its own. Suggested cheeses: Havarti, Monterrey Jack, Brie.
