The YellowBelly Building

Yellowbelly Brewery & Public House has a basement and 4 stories available for private use, the Underbelly floor, the Brewery floor, the Kitchen floor, & the Public House. Dinner Service maximum seating 400, spanned over 5 floors, Cocktail style service and set up maximum capacity 650.
Food & Beverage guarantee (Rental) $25,000 (before hst & gratuity). Set-up fees will apply.

The Kitchen Floor

This room is our largest dining room in the building. It can accommodate maximum 90 guests for dinner service and 130 for cocktail type service.
Minimum Food & Beverage Guarantee (Rental) $6500 (before hst & gratuity).

The UnderBelly

(a speakeasy restaurant & lounge)

This room is in the lowest level of the YellowBelly; it is the oldest part of the building and still has remnants of the 1892 Great Fire.
Dinner Service maximum seating 40–50, Cocktail style reception accommodates 15–60.
Private Use (Sun–Wed): Food & Beverage Guarantee (Rental) $2000 until 10pm, $4000 until close (before hst & gratuity).
Private Use (Thu–Sat): Food & Beverage Guarantee (Rental, 5–10pm only) $2800 (before tax & gratuity).

The Public House

(1 George Street entrance)

Located on the fourth and fifth floors, this is our largest banquet / event space, spans two floors with a balcony area over looking the main floor. Dinner Service capacity is 150 guests, cocktail service capacity is 200 guests.

We are also able to offer these set-ups; theatre style seating, classroom, cabaret, boardroom, mini trade show set up, concert set up or whatever set up your event requires.
Food & Beverage Guarantee (Rental) $4000 (before tax & gratuity).

Making a Booking

(for any room or reservation of 25 +)

To confirm a selected date, there is a $1500 non-refundable deposit required and a valid credit card # to hold on file. Once your menu and contract is finalized, your may be required to pay an additional deposit. We accept Debit, Cash, Money Order, Certified Cheque, Visa and Mastercard (2% service fee may apply to Visa and Mastercard payments).

Public House Set Up Fees

Cocktail style Set Up: Seating is optional, Linens extra.
¬ $150 Up to 50 guests
¬ $250 51 – 100 guests
¬ $400 101 – 150 guests (max seating 120)
¬ $450 151 – 330 guests (max seating 120)
Extra tables (DJ table, guest book, gift table, cake table, registration table) $15 each
Includes screen & projector, podium & mic, small house system with iPod (music) & iPod hook up

Seated Dinner Set Up: We use 5 foot round tables, they seat 8 -10 guests
¬ Minimum Set Up Fee $200
¬ Extra tables $15/table (includes chairs)
¬ All Table Linens $10/linen
¬ Dinner Napkins (white or black) $2/each
Includes screen & projector, podium & mic, small house system with iPod (music) & iPod hook up
